The breakfast was incredible and sensational with live music, with a lot of savoury options.

The hotel was fairly clean with courteous staff who provided us with good breakfasts. The location was great and absolutely perfect, not too far away from Malang Town Square Shopping Mall.

The hotel has a good location near Universitas Brawijaya and two shopping centers. the service provided was superb. - the room features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Location right by Swiss bel inn Malang For Holiday and a shopping mall which was really convenient and Very close to Brawijaya University. Very helpful and attentive staff; quick check in. Beautifully maintained, new-fashioned room, fast Wi-Fi.

The design of the building is really nice, and the rooms are laid out well. They are a good size and come with a great view. Plus, there's a nice shower 🚿. the service here is excellent, and the breakfasts are sensational.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was near multiple shopping centers, making it easy to find food and shop. The room wasvery comfy and tidy with excellent hotel facilities. We appreciated the friendly staff and delicious breakfast options.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location is superb, right in the center of the city and next to two malls, including Transmart mall. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities. I particularly enjoyed the mountain view from my balcony and the refreshing shower. The breakfast with live music at 5.30am was a wonderful start to the day.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Malang. First of all, the location is perfect - right in the city center and next to two big malls. It made it so convenient for me to do some shopping and find plenty of dining options. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities and even rooms with balconies facing towards the mountains. Waking up to that view was such a delight!

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there's really nothing negative that I can point out.

Xmas decorations were great and it gave the place a lovely festive feel. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great selection of food to choose from! the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes away from all the best shopping places and tourist attractions.

The staff were a total let down, unfriendly and unhelpful. the rooms were not very clean and there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The first thing I must mention is the amazing staff. Ericha, in particular, deserves a special mention for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left my belongings in the room after check-out. The hotel's attention to detail is also impressive. The rooms are well maintained and I loved the balcony with a nice view of the mountains. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to Transmart mall and in the center of the city, making it convenient for shopping and exploring.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a good breakfast buffet. We also appreciated the convenient location near a mall and the town square. The staff was friendly and helpful when we encountered a problem with the AC in our room. Despite this issue, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Swiss-Belinn.
